You'll learn about the history of okonomiyaki and the process of manufacturing, bottling and shipping okonomi sauce.
Take a behind-the-scenes tour of our factory, experience the history and culture of Hiroshima through okonomiyaki at the Wood Egg Okonomiyaki museum and learn to make your own savory pancake in our okonomiyaki cooking class. (Reservation required)

When you arrive
- Drinking on site is not permitted. Guests who appear inebriated will have their reservation canceled and be asked to reschedule their visit.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- Food items made in class may not be taken home. Please consume all food items in the studio.
- As we have limited parking, please make a reservation in advance.Please obey all parking lot regulations.
- Children younger than 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please contact us by phone for any change or cancellation after you make a reservation.
- If you must cancel your reservation, we will retain a portion of the amount charged as a cancellation fee. Please see the following cancellation fee schedule
Seven days prior the date of the reservation : 20% of the total reservation.
Three days prior the date of the reservation : 50% of the total reservation.
On the day : 100% of the total reservation. - Events may be canceled due to weather or disaster.
