You'll learn about the history of okonomiyaki and the process of manufacturing, bottling and shipping okonomi sauce.
Take a behind-the-scenes tour of our factory, experience the history and culture of Hiroshima through okonomiyaki at the Wood Egg Okonomiyaki museum and learn to make your own savory pancake in our okonomiyaki cooking class. (Reservation required)

◆We introduce our company and factory with VTR.
◆The staff will guide you to the museum "Okono Museum" that introduces the history and culture of Okonomiyaki.
◆You can also see the showroom, which features Otafuku Sauce, products of group companies and original goods.

[When you arrive]
・The body temperature will
be measured before entering the building. If you have a fever of 37.5℃ or
higher, you will not
be allowed to enter.
・If someone is suspected of infectious diseases such as influenza and
norovirus,events may be cancelled to prevent
spread of infection.
・Please refrain from
admission if you have symptom such as coughing or sore throat, even if they are
mild.
・Drinking on site is not permitted. Guests who appear inebriated will
have their reservation canceled and be asked to
reschedule their visit.
[When you are attending]
・Please be sure to wear a mask when entering the building.
・Please cooperate with hand washing and disinfection of fingers.
・Keep at least 1m distance from other people.
・Please refrain from touching the exhibits.
・Smoking is not allowed.

・Food items made in class may not be taken home. Please consume all food items in the studio.
・As we have limited parking, please make a reservation in advance.Please obey all parking lot regulations
・Children younger than 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
・Please contact us by phone for any change or cancellation after you make a reservation.
・If you must cancel your
reservation, we will retain a portion of the amount charged as a cancellation
fee. Please see the
following cancellation fee schedule:
